Eyeryone believes in something. Everyone believes in someone. At Brand New Heart Ministries we believe in God and that God believes in us – all of us. We join with the Church past, present and future in affirming The Apostles Creed as our statement of faith.
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.
Our Place to Stand
We believe in God the Father
Creator of heaven and earth.
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ
Conceived by a virgin birth.
We believe Jesus came to earth
To baptise and to heal.
We believe He died for our sin
This much we know is real.
We believe in the resurrection
On that third and glorious day.
We believe in the empty tomb
That He rose from and walked away
We believe He went to heaven
Where He sits at God’s right hand
We believe he sent us his Spirit
This much we understand.
We believe that He lives
In all we do and say
And has set eternity in
Our brand new heart today
We believe that nothing
Can seperate us from His boudless love
No creature from the dark below
Or any from above
We believe that one day
He will return With a call for us to heed
We know He’s prepared a place for us
This is our steadfast creed.
